Part I: A two-hour introduction to the accounting software. You will learn how to manage participant accounts, customize your settings and create invoices. There will be a demonstration on how to input your information and generate the reports you will need for tax time.
Location: YWCA of North Eastern NY. August 20th at 9am-11am at 44 Washington Ave, Schenectady, NY.
Part II: A two- hour introduction to the parent portal where messages can be sent to families and accept payments from credit or debit accounts. You will learn how to split payments between parents and agencies and how to refund or credit accounts.
