Join Brightside Up’s Jennifer Callaghan and Kiersten Kennedy for webinars on how to develop your Sustainability Plan. Learn about the Iron Triangle model, the Family Child Care Financial Management Self-Assessment Tool, and walk through the process of completing the Business Sustainability template.

This training is optional, but we encourage grant recipients to attend one of the sessions to create the Business Sustainability Plan and learn how to use the OCFS approved Child Care Sustainability Plan Template. 

Sessions for Family/Group Family Child Care Providers will be on Thursday January 26 from 6:30pm-8:30pm and Thursday February 2 from 6:30pm-8:30pm via Zoom.

Sessions for School-age Programs and Child Care Centers will be on Tuesday January 31st from 10:00am-12:00pm and Friday February 10th from 10:00am- 12:00pm via Zoom.

 *Desert grant recipients are required to submit a Business Sustainability Plan outlining their child care programs financial goals and how their program will reach those goals with in 6 months after receiving their first payment.
